Requests for Qualifications (RFQs)

The city issues Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) to solicit statements of interest from engineering consultants interested in performing engineering and architectural work on upcoming projects. A submittal of a qualification statement does not guarantee that the consultant will be contracted to perform any services but only serves notice to the city that the firm desires to be considered. The city selects consultants using a quality based selection process.
