Finance Director/Deputy City Manager Brad Lutz
Brad Lutz is the Finance Director for the City of Marysville, having joined the City in February of 2020. He has held various roles in State and local government since 2007 working previously in the Ohio State Auditor's Office as a financial auditor, Pickaway County Administrator and as the Director of Business Operations and Financial Management for Delaware County, Ohio. The opportunity to be a part of the vibrant and growing Marysville community attracted Brad to this position and he looks forward to being part of the City's continued success going forward.
Brad holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Business Pre-Law, a Masters of Public Administration and a Masters of Accountancy -- all from Ohio University. He has been engaged in other positions in local government and non-profit boards having previously been a Village Council person for the Village of Ashville in Pickaway County, a director on the Pickaway County Agricultural Society (Fair Board) and Chairman of the Board of the Pickaway County Chamber of Commerce. He looks forward to continuing his involvement in community service here in Marysville.
Assistant Finance Director Sandy Hoover
Sandy Hoover has served as the Assistant Finance Director since March 2016 and has been employed with the City since August 2010.
Sandy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from The State University of New York, College of Buffalo. Sandy has over 20 years of administrative experience.
