Neighborhood Watch programs are made up of residents working in partnership with each other and the police to protect and improve the quality of life by becoming familiar with neighbors, observing and reporting criminal or suspicious activity, keeping regular contact with police officers, educating about crime prevention and safety, performing organized communication efforts and problem solving about local issues.
