Special Duty Request

About Special Duty Assignments

With the approval of the Chief of Police, qualified employees of the Marysville Police Division may be hired by businesses or community organizations to work special duty assignments.

Officers participate in Special Duty on a voluntary basis. Therefore, the ability to fill requests is based on the availability of off-duty officers seeking special duty assignments. The Special Duty Section cannot guarantee that all Special Duty requests will be filled.
