Community Housing Impact and Preservation Grant (CHIP)

CHIP (Community Housing Impact and Preservation) grant funds are available to assist low-moderate income households, through various eligible activities, with housing repairs and to help provide affordable housing. Community Reinvestment Area Program (CRA)

In 2002, the Marysville City Council approved the continuance of a Community Reinvestment Area (CRA) in the Uptown District and its surrounding residential areas. The main purpose of the CRA is to encourage development, redevelopment, and revitalization in the older areas of Marysville in order to improve economic stability, maintain real property values, and create new employment opportunities. The Connie Patterson Home Improvement Reimbursement Grant

The Home Improvement Reimbursement Grant is available for owner occupied single family residential homes. This 50/50 match grant provides eligible recipients up to $2,000 in reimbursement cost. Sidewalk & Curb Improvement Program

To improve the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of Marysville, the Sidewalk & Curb Improvement Program provides funding for sidewalks within the public right of way for pedestrians including those with disabilities. Federal Historic Preservation Tax Credit Program

The Federal Historic Preservation Tax Incentives program encourages private sector investment in the rehabilitation and re-use of historic buildings. It creates jobs and is one of the nation's most successful and cost-effective community revitalization programs. The National Park Service and the Internal Revenue Service administer the program in partnership with the State Historic Preservation Offices. Ohio Historic Preservation Tax Credit Program

The Ohio Historic Preservation Tax Credit Program provides a tax credit in order to leverage the private redevelopment of historic buildings. Uptown Facade Improvement Grant Program

The Uptown Facade Improvement Grant Program is available for commercial properties within the Uptown Commercial Zoning District in Historic Uptown.
