Citizens Police Academy

The Citizens Policy Academy is an interactive program between citizens and police designed to increase community understanding of division operations and to build trust between the division and the community.

This program was started in 2023 and seeks to give participants a behind-the-scenes look into the day-to-day operations at the Marysville Police Division in a way that is both engaging and informative.

Who is this for?

Anyone 18-99+ who lives or works in or around the Marysville/Union County area and has a desire to gain a better understanding of Law Enforcement and the Criminal Justice System.

Class Schedule

Sessions are typically held on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm for nine weeks. Participants are asked to commit to attending seven of the nine weeks.
