Mark your calendars for the community events on Wednesday, July 4th.

• Independence Day Parade - Parade starts at 10:00 am. Route begins at American Legion Park (line up will be in the old Kroger parking lot), travels East on 5th St. to Plum St., turns West on 6th St. and ends at the Union County Courthouse parking lot. 
• Rock 'n' Ribs Fest - 11:00 am to Dusk at the Union County Fairgrounds. Find event details.
