To celebrate the official opening of the iceless ice rink in Partners Park, a special community event is scheduled for Saturday, December 15th at noon. The event will feature children's activities, carriage rides, a giant snow globe, festive music, food vendors and goodies, and a special ribbon-cutting with Santa Claus.
