The City of Marysville Utility Billing Office transitioned to a new billing system. Beginning with the April Utility Bills, customers will notice a new design which includes a new account number/customer number, usage history and updated resource information. Along with the new bill design, there is a new online customer portal. The new Customer Self Service portal includes real-time account balances, usage and account history, and bill pay. To access the online portal, customers will need to register with their new "Account Number - Customer Number" listed in the top right-hand corner of the new bill.
