The City of Marysville is currently undergoing a citywide rezoning for Part Eleven of the City’s ordinances (Planning and Zoning Code). City Council appointed an Ad Hoc Committee to review the initial proposed zoning code changes, hear citizens’ comments, and propose amendments to the zoning code currently before City Council. The Updated Proposed Zoning Code document includes the proposed amendments after committee discussions and citizens’ comments.
NOTE: The Citywide Rezoning Open House scheduled for March 16th has been cancelled. In lieu of the open house, City staff will answer questions and take comments via phone and email from March 16th through 20th. Comment submission deadline is March 20th.
