We will keep you posted on the City’s response to the COVID-19 situation through this website and our Facebook page.
Due to the current Stay Safe Ohio order, the following events have been cancelled.

Income Tax filing and payments normally due April 15, 2020 will be deferred to July 15, 2020 without additional penalties or interest.
Additional payments eligible for deferral without penalties and interest are the first and second quarter estimated tax payments normally due April 15, 2020 and June 15, 2020. The incurred penalties and interest applied to all payments due January 15, 2020 and before will not be waived.
Therefore, this deferral allows taxpayers until July 15, 2020 to file and pay the tax and applicable penalties and interest balance reported on the 2019 return and the first two quarters of the 2020 estimates normally due April 15th and June 15th.
PLEASE NOTE: Information was mailed out in January regarding filing online. Although City Hall is closed to the public we are still available to assist by phone and email. Forms are located in our lobby and website. Payments can still be made via online, mail, dropbox (located behind city hall) or phone.
With the indefinite closure of City Hall, tax payers have alternative methods to receive assistance from the Income Tax Division. In lieu of our typical walk-in service, a drop-off return preparation service is available. If you need assistance with your City of Marysville return, you can leave your tax information in the drop box located behind City Hall. Our team will then prepare your return, contact you with results, and mail 2 copies of the prepared return (one to be signed and returned to our office and the other for your records). This service remains free of charge. We are still available to answer your city tax questions by phone at (937) 645-7350. Taxes may also be filed online.
