Charter Amendments November 2, 2021, Election The City Charter is the document that defines the organization, powers, functions, and essential procedures of the Marysville government.
Every four years, Marysville City Council appoints a Charter Review Board (CRB); residents who review the Charter to provide recommendations for updates and revisions that provide for the most effective and efficient operation of City government. The current CRB has proposed four charter amendments which City Council has approved to place on the November 2, 2021, ballot. Each proposed amendment requires a majority affirmative vote to pass.
