Keep Sidewalks Clear of Snow & Ice

The City of Marysville reminds residents and property owners to remove accumulated snow and ice from public sidewalks adjoining their property within 24-48 hours after a snowfall.   This is extremely important to keep students walking to and from school and pedestrians traveling on sidewalks safe. Help do your part to keep Marysville a year-round walkable community!
 
Snow Removal Tips:

• Shovel snow onto your property.  NOT in the street or alley.
• Remove snow down to the concrete or asphalt.
• Shovel the entire width of sidewalks. 
• Keep parked vehicles off the street.
• Keep portable basketball hoops out of the public right-of-way (streets, curbs, and sidewalks).
• Remove snow and ice from stormwater drains to help prevent flooding when the snow melts.
• Remove snow from fire hydrants. Doing so will help prevent unnecessary delays during a fire emergency.
• If you are able, help a neighbor in need by shoveling their sidewalk.

Leaf & Brush Collection

Leaf collection will continue through December 31. Brush collection will resume on January 1, 2022. *Bagged yard waste will continue to be collected weekly.

Quarterly Income Taxes
For those that are required to pay quarterly estimated income taxes, the 4th quarter for 2021 is due by January 15, 2022.  Payments can be made online at www.marysvilleohio.org, by phone at (937) 645-7350 Opt. 4, by mail, or in person during business hours.

Live Streaming of City Council Meetings

Regular City Council meetings are now streamed live, allowing citizens to watch meetings online from a computer or mobile device.  

Council meetings will also be archived and accessible for on-demand viewing. The on-demand feature allows viewers to choose which meeting agenda topics they wish to watch and then go directly to that particular segment.
