Fees are based on Equivalent Residential Units (ERUs). Each ERU is equal to 2,700 square feet of impervious surface with a cost of $6.00. Each residential lot / parcel will be charged for one (1) ERU per month for storm water services. Commercial and Industrial properties ERU’s are calculated based on the square footage of impervious space on the lot / parcel. Once the square footage has been calculated, the stormwater fee will be calculated using the figures as stated above.
