Yes, installments for lot purchases are permitted. An installment contract is signed stating the conditions of the purchase agreement. After an initial down payment, monthly installments are made until paid in full. There is no extra fee or interest charged for this service. See details under the Cemetery Rates of the City Code.
Only the owner of the lot can determine who can use them. If the owner is deceased, ownership (according to law) must first be determined before the lot can be used. A “Consent to Use” form is required if not being used by legal owner. Please contact us at (937) 645-7349 for more information.
When you decide on your monument, that company will contact our office to order your foundation to be poured. This will provide us with the precise size of the foundation necessary. Typically, foundations are poured in April and October (weather permitting) with deadlines for orders being April 1st and September 15th.
