Proposals will be publicly opened and read at the office of the City Manager, 209 South Main Street, Marysville, Ohio 43040 at 2:00 p.m., Local Time, on February 14, 2023 for the construction of:
CITY OF MARYSVILLE
2023 Mowing
The project consists of the following:
- Mowing, trimming, removal of trash and debris and the blowing of clippings at Oakdale Cemetery and select right-of-ways throughout the City of Marysville.
Proposal Documents are available on the City’s website (www.marysvilleohio.org) or via email without charge. Please contact Parks Superintendent, Eric Hinkle (), for a digital version of the bidding documents.
There will be no Pre-Bid Conference for this project. However, questions may be email to the City’s Parks Superintendent.
All formal bids shall be submitted using a set of bid documents created from the City of Marysville. The City of Marysville will not be responsible for full or partial sets of Proposal Documents, including any addenda obtained from other sources.
Bidders shall provide proof of qualifications, to perform the Work as described in the Request for Proposal.
Bidders shall comply with all statutory requirements.
If applicable, all Bids must include payment of wages at prevailing wage rates pursuant to Ohio Revised Code (ORC), Section 4115-15 and shall comply with the provisions, duties and obligations of ORC Section 4115. Further information provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
