"I love Uptown Marysville because saving old buildings and neighborhoods is an enormously effective way to provide continuity in the places where we live. I currently live in Marysville's Uptown Historical District in my great-grandmothers' historic home. As a member of the old neighborhood I believe it is my responsibility to preserve the integrity of our heritage, architecture, and values, as Marysville has over 200 years of history which must be protected.

Marysville is one of the fastest growing cities in central Ohio. I know the importance of protecting the quality of life Marysville City residents now enjoy. It is my privilege to provide a voice for the small business owners, schools and residents of Ward Four."

Council Member Boerger currently serves on Marysville City Council and was elected in 2019. Prior to his service on Council, he served on boards and commissions for Union County and the City of Marysville for over eight years.
